Instructions
1. Make the Maple Butter

- Set aside to let the flavors meld while preparing the bread.
3. Prepare the Brioche Sticks
- Cut each slice of brioche bread into 3-4 thick sticks.
- Dip each bread stick into the custard mixture, letting it soak for about 5-10 seconds per side.
- Remove and let excess drip off before cooking.
4. Cook the French Toast Sticks
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the soaked brioche sticks in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Repeat with the remaining sticks, adding more butter as needed.
5. Coat with Cinnamon Sugar (Optional)
- In a shallow dish, mix together sugar and cinnamon.
- While the French toast sticks are still warm, roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat evenly.

Notes
Pro Tips for the Best Brioche French Toast Sticks:
- Use day-old brioche: Slightly stale bread absorbs the custard without getting too soggy.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan: Cook in batches for even browning.
- For extra crunch: Toast the sticks in a 375°F oven for 5 minutes after frying.
